Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CPO and key stakeholders to develop and synthesize product strategy
  • Execute product strategy in alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product Marketing to understand market trends and customer needs, and align insights with product roadmaps
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to gather feedback on products, key insights, and overall product performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, partnerships, product design, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product launches
  • Manage and mentor the product management team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development
  • Maintain full ownership of the product lines by producing monthly reports of product metrics
  • Frequent engagement with C-suite team on product initiatives
  • Be the subject matter expert internally and support product promotion including collateral, trade shows, press releases, sales training, and product briefs. Attends trade shows and conferences
  • Develop annual strategic roadmaps and team budgets
