  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to learn very quickly and multi-task across priorities
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and change at a fast-scaling company
  • Keen intuition for understanding where products and use cases are in their maturity stage and developing appropriate content and go-to-market strategy
  • Creativity towards launching new category-creating products and/or use cases
  • Commercial orientation, market savvy and past experience working with customers directly and/or working with sales teams
  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare
  • Bonus points for prior experience in communications, PR, or media strategy
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the GTM (go-to-market) team to understand the different ways customers utilize and get value from Datavant Switchboard (our product platform)
  • Partner with the Product team to gain a comprehensive understanding of Datavant Switchboard and how each product component solves customer pain points
  • Craft concise, compelling, and tailored marketing materials which can span product one-pagers, email marketing campaigns, sales enablement slides, case studies, thought leadership blogs, and other types of content to influence key personas at different customer segments to work with Datavant
  • Work closely with GTM to define and execute on go-to-market strategies for products and/or use cases that aligns target segments and personas, value propositions, channels, and campaigns to drive demand
  • Track campaign and collateral effectiveness to help us ruthlessly prioritize where to spend our time and resources
  • Define departmental processes that organize us for successful execution, such as content and collateral management and request tracking
  • Adopt a nimble and flexible mindset that leaves room for quick pivots as new opportunities present themselves
