What is Pathrise?

Pathrise (YC W18) is a startup that connects job seekers across North America to world class industry mentorship and career coaching to help them land a new career. The program is free upfront and our customers only pay us back when theyre hired.

Last year, we raised our Series A, grew the team to over 50 fully remote employees and 100+ industry mentors, enrolled 2000 job seekers into the program, and have generated $100mm+ in livelihood for our customers. There is lots of exciting growth on the horizon. This year, were looking to more than 2x our enrollment. In 2022, we have already expanded from 6 to 14 industries, are launching a tiered pricing system with differentiated product offerings, and have 30+ partnerships with universities, companies, and recruiting agencies.

The Role

How you will support the company mission:

Pathrise is looking for an experienced startup growth leader who will spearhead a vision of rigorous experimentation and a get shit done cultural mindset to find product channel fit and 3x customer acquisition in 2022. This role will report directly to the CEO and will have a high degree of autonomy in managing the growth team (5 FTE currently).

The Head of Growth will work with the growth team to 2x qualified prospects and bring in 500 additional qualified prospects per month with a new channel that is brand positive and has the potential for growth (10% MoM). The Head of Growth will own all demand generation channels including, but not limited to:

- SMM (esp. Facebook)

- SEM (esp. Google)

- SEO/conversion-oriented content

- Cold email/LinkedIn messaging

- Affiliate partnerships

- CRO

Qualifications - Must Have’s: Past Experience

Base salary of $150,000 - 200,000/year, contingent on experience and qualifications
