DIRECTOR –CORPORATE FP&A

The Director of Corporate FP&A is responsible for leading FP&A activities for our enterprise technology and corporate support functions as well as enterprise capital management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the business partner to the enterprise technology & corporate support functions by leading the financial planning & analysis activities.
  • Serve as thought partner to business leaders and provide direction on financial targets
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities
  • Serve as point-of-contact for department-related P&L questions
  • Direct leadership teams through the development of business cases and financial models
  • Drive organizational understanding of underlying economics of the business to inform trade-offs for business partners and cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead enterprise capital planning. Partner across the organization to understand capital requirements and facilitate the business case development and approval. Lead initiatives across the organization to help capture and report financial returns.
• Own the corporate cost allocation logic and drive organizational understanding of shared cost.
• Support finance transformation activities to evaluate efficiencies across the finance team and drive improvements through processes, systems, and tools.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure underlying processes and data governance support the reporting needs of the organization.
• Manage team of 2-3 analysts and managers to deliver the above objectives
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7-10 years of relevant broad financial experience including significant time in business partnering and corporate FP&A roles
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance – (MBA and/or CPA Preferred)
• Excellent Communication and ability to articulate complicated financial information and deliver it in a meaningful simplified way to a broad range of stakeholder
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in forecasting and reporting tools – (Anaplan and D365 Preferred)
• Ability to build and maintain strong multi-functional relationships
