Position Overview:
The Mailroom Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and preparing incoming and outgoing continuing education activity documentation, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and displaying a comprehensive understanding of established mail room operations. This is a full time on-site position located at 1025 Creekside Ridge Dr, Suite 100, Roseville, CA 95678.
What You’ll Do
- Apply professional judgment within well-defined boundaries
- Scan, code, proof, and grade received continuing education activity documentation
- Update customer records and contact customers to resolve any issues that arise within completion forms.
- Ensure accuracy of participant information and data entry
- Analyze trends and report potential issues to immediate supervisor
- Guarantee timely preparation, resolution, and delivery of all incoming and outgoing materials
What You Need to Succeed
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Good communication skills
- Excels at operating in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the office environment
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently
- Must be a highly motivated, imaginative self-starter capable of working independently or in a group
- Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and great organizational skills.
- Superior work ethic, professional maturity, positive attitude
- Utilize position in strong support of the goals and objectives of the company mission and philosophy
