Responsibilities
  • Apply professional judgment within well-defined boundaries
  • Scan, code, proof, and grade received continuing education activity documentation
  • Update customer records and contact customers to resolve any issues that arise within completion forms.
  • Ensure accuracy of participant information and data entry
  • Analyze trends and report potential issues to immediate supervisor
  • Guarantee timely preparation, resolution, and delivery of all incoming and outgoing materials
