Responsibilities
  • Monitor long-term projects for optimization opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
  • Collect and evaluate user feedback through surveys and direct interactions with veterinary clinics and pet parents
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to remove roadblocks and create seamless customer experiences
  • Build out feature documentation to align business and engineering teams on new and existing functionality
  • Manage 1-2 low to mid-level feature builds, defining requirements, ensuring smooth engineering handoffs, and conducting QA testing
  • Educate departments on new product features to ensure consistency in customer interactions and maximize feature adoption
