What success looks like in this role:

Job Title: Site Infrastructure Support

Purpose:Enhance local IT infrastructure performance and availability by supporting remote teams with local technical resources.

Responsibilities:

• Manage site IT infrastructure (WAN, LAN, Wireless, Enterprise Voice) during business and non-business hours.
• Support network/internet circuits (installation, management, audit).
• Perform network maintenance and troubleshooting (wired and wireless).
• Maintain Enterprise Voice gateway devices.
• Provide local support for corporate services during incidents, offering updates on site-specific information.
• Support local business initiatives and global technology projects, including physical infrastructure deployment.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Event scheduling and coordination.
• Training delivery to end users.
• Proficiency with Windows/Office.
• Quick learner of new technologies.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Documentation and creation of training materials.
• Timely report and analytics creation.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in network infrastructure support and project management.
