- Take care of guest comfort.
- Walk through the building to ensure that everything is as it should be.
- Watch over the hotel hot tub.
- Complete work orders ranging from light carpentry to plumbing and painting.
- Conduct monthly checks.
- Assist in and complete carpentry projects in and around the hotel.
- Complete other tasks or project work as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
- Prior maintenance experience is preferred, although the employer is willing to train the right candidate.
