The team is responsible for designing and developing tests, contributing to testing frameworks, and managing test execution pipelines for our products, which are designed to manage IP Addresses across the ACC. The team focuses on test automation and automated workflows, with a heavy emphasis on integrating testing into CI/CD release pipelines

As a Senior II Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be responsible for:

• Contributing towards building the roadmap for enterprise IP addressing and connectivity features
• Validating and testing cloud-native technologies and architectures, including monitoring, troubleshooting and improving test execution pipelines
• Participating in the definition and adoption of best practices, knowledge sharing
• Collaborating in an Agile environment to ensure high product quality
• Working in an environment that fosters innovative solutions, rapid development cycles, and open communication
• Working independently and with occasional mentoring of more junior SDETs

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 7 years of experience in developing test automation solutions using widely accepted frameworks
• Have experience with Pytest, or other test automation and frameworks, leveraging Python or Bash for scripting
• Have experience working with, operating or testing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable production services using cloud-native technologies
• Have experience leveraging CI/CD tools to achieve good software development practices like Jenkins, Perforce, Git and Docker.
• Be familiar using infrastructure as code tools like Ansible, Crossplane, Pulumi, Terraform
• Possess solid debugging and troubleshooting skills for resolving test-related issues in complex platforms
• Understand networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, IPv6, VLANs, DNS, TLS, HTTP, BGP) and knowledge of Linux-based operating systems
