The Role:
The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, omnichannel marketing strategies to drive awareness, purchase intent, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Who you are:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or growth marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning skills and ability to deliver strong polished presentations.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving business results through data-driven marketing strategies in a high-growth company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Iterable, Segment) to optimize marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle management.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Heap) to track and analyze marketing performance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in creative development, including overseeing the development of marketing assets and ensuring brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex marketing strategies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Cerebral:
- Develop and Execute Growth Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the internal and external teams to develop a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify key growth opportunities, target audience segments, and channels to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- User Acquisition: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, CRM, SEM, social media, direct mail, affiliates, podcast, streaming audio/video, partnerships, etc. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve user acquisition, conversion rates, and CAC/ LTV.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user insights to drive decision-making and inform marketing strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct A/B testing to identify opportunities for optimization and improve marketing performance. Report performance and KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Marketing Technology Implementation and Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology platforms and tools to optimize marketing workflows and improve campaign performance. This includes CRM, analytics, data management, and other relevant technologies.
- Conversion Optimization: Develop marketing landing pages to drive relevance and optimize conversion rate, and partner with the Product team on growth roadmap, pricing tests and optimizations to the consumer path to conversion.
- Creative Development: Oversee the creative development process, working closely with the Brand team to develop compelling and impactful marketing assets while ensuring that our brand messaging and visual assets align with our growth goals and resonate with our target audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product roadmap to maximize impact and user satisfaction.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, stay ahead of industry best practices, and inform marketing strategies.

The national base salary range (OR the national hourly range for nonexempt positions) offered for this position is outlined below. Cerebral is committed to equal pay for equal work; however, business reasons may dictate variations in pay that are attributed to objective factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications and years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary and may include an annual performance bonus and equity/stock options.
National Base Salary Range:
$145,000—$170,000 USD
