- A completed vocational craft or technical qualification, such as electronics technician or electrical installer, or an equivalent qualification; a higher academic qualification is not required.
- Long-standing relevant professional experience in a craft-oriented small or medium-sized enterprise.
- Practical experience in electrical installation in the low- or medium-voltage sector.
- Sound knowledge of strands and cables, fastening methods, cable connections, terminals, components, clamps and connections, grounding and lightning protection, cable ties, clamps, brackets, relays, fuses, circuit breakers, contactors, and similar equipment.
- Experience in work preparation, warehouse logistics, or construction-site coordination; experience in railway or infrastructure environments is advantageous.
- Proficiency with warehouse and inventory management systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, bills of materials, and engineering specifications.
- Physical resilience and a careful, structured working style.
- Organizational ability, independent working style, reliability, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Willingness to make occasional trips to construction sites for material coordination.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, including checking delivery notes.
- Pick, package, hand over, and ship outgoing goods, including documentation.
- Issue and return tools and measuring equipment, check their condition, perform basic maintenance, and ensure availability, completeness, functionality, and compliance with calibration and inspection intervals.
- Maintain and continuously update inventory and material lists and assist with regular inventories.
- Monitor stock levels and check replenishment needs before ordering; coordinate with procurement, scheduling, and suppliers regarding requirements or shortages.
- Create and review work-preparation documents based on engineering and planning specifications.
- Maintain master data in warehouse and enterprise resource planning systems.
- Organize internal and external transportation and coordinate with freight forwarders and internal interfaces.
- Maintain a structured, orderly, and safe warehouse environment using 5S principles.
- Ensure the timely provision of tools, measuring equipment, and materials to construction-site customers according to engineering and planning specifications.
- Coordinate material flows during the project planning and preparation phase.
- Coordinate material flows during the installation and commissioning phase.
- Coordinate delivery and collection schedules with construction management, installation teams, and customers.
- Track material and tool usage on site and return equipment no longer needed to the warehouse.
- Act as the interface between warehouse and work preparation, engineering, planning, and construction personnel.
- Document material movements to ensure traceability throughout the project.
- A Class B driving license is advantageous for occasional construction-site visits.
- A forklift license is desirable but not required.
- Good English-language skills are advantageous.
