Celigo announces Data Ingestion for Snowflake. Published Jun 25, 2026 Updated Jul 8, 2026 Craig Rewerts Companies are stitching together pipelines, connectors, and scripts. These systems break, require constant fixes, and slow everything down. Data shows up late, incomplete, or not usable, and teams spend more time maintaining pipelines than using data. This is happening even as companies standardize on platforms like Snowflake. Snowflake provides a powerful foundation for enterprise data, and companies also need a reliable ingestion and integration strategy to keep data flowing across the business. Without that strategy, teams can end up with a patchwork of tools that is difficult to manage and trust. You can move data into Snowflake with a connector and layer AI on top, and in simple cases that works. But business critical systems are not static. Data changes constantly, schemas evolve, APIs break, and business logic ends up scattered across scripts and models. What starts as a straightforward setup quickly becomes difficult to maintain and harder to trust. Celigo is built for this reality. It keeps data reliable as systems evolve and connects it back to the business so it can be used in key processes. Celigo Data Ingestion provides a single intelligent pipeline that replaces multiple flows, moving data into Snowflake faster and with less overhead. It is easier to build and maintain, reduces reliance on IT, and delivers reliable, warehouse-ready data. It also keeps working as things change. As schemas evolve, applications change, and new systems come online, Celigo pipelines adapt automatically and keep running without manual fixes. This leads to fewer errors, less maintenance, and predictable performance without added engineering effort. Celigo also goes beyond ingestion. Once data lands in Snowflake, it does not just sit there. It can be operationalized and pushed into business applications, trigger workflows, and support real-time decisions. Ingestion becomes the first step in using data, not just storing it. This matters even more with AI. Models depend on data that is current, complete, and usable. Celigo keeps data up to date, adapts to changes, and connects it to the systems where work happens, so AI can act on the right business context, not incomplete data. All of this runs on a single platform that also supports APIs, automation, agents, and EDI, giving teams consistent governance and visibility across every integration without managing separate tools. Let's talk. See Celigo Data Ingestion in action with Snowflake. Achieve data readiness for AI with data ingestion. Join Celigo, Inc. to see how Celigo moves data from ingestion to activation - and what that looks like in practice with Snowflake.
Top Step partners with Celigo to deliver fully connected NetSuite ecosystems for Professional Services Organizations. May 18, 2026, 09:00 ET The partnership gives Professional Services Organizations a single expert partner to implement, optimize, and integrate their entire technology stack with NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro and NetSuite Financials at the core. METAIRIE, La., May 18, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ - Top Step, the leading NetSuite consulting partner dedicated exclusively to Professional Services Organizations (PSOs), today announced a partnership with Celigo, a leading enterprise integration platform as a service (iPaaS) provider. The collaboration positions Top Step as the go-to partner for PSOs seeking not just a best-in-class NetSuite implementation, but a fully integrated, connected technology ecosystem that spans their entire operation. For Professional Services firms, consulting companies, staffing agencies, managed service providers, and others who deliver expertise as their core product, the ability to operate with connected systems is not a nice-to-have. Disconnected tools create manual work, data gaps, and operational drag that directly affect profitability. Top Step has long helped PSOs optimize their use of NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (PSA) and NetSuite Financials (ERP). The Celigo partnership extends that expertise to integrations connecting those core platforms to the broader technology stack PSOs depend on. From CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot to HCM systems such as Workday and ADP, from collaboration tools including Slack and Microsoft Teams to billing and payment platforms, PSOs increasingly operate across a wide range of interconnected applications. The Top Step and Celigo partnership means clients have one trusted partner who understands both the NetSuite environment and the integration layer that binds it to the rest of the business. The NetSuite Core and Everything Connected to It Top Step's approach centers on NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro and NetSuite Financials as the operational core of any PSO. Project management, resource planning, time and expense, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting all live within this integrated NetSuite environment. The question for most organizations is not whether to use NetSuite, it is how to ensure that every other system in their stack communicates with it effectively. Using Celigo intelligent automation platform, Top Step designs and manages the data flows that connect a client's CRM, HR systems, collaboration tools, contract management platforms, and other applications to their NetSuite core. The result is an organization where a won opportunity in Salesforce automatically initiates a project in SuiteProjects Pro, where employee cost rates in Workday stay synchronized with resource records in NetSuite, and where billing data flows cleanly through to financial reporting without manual intervention. This connected foundation also positions PSOs to take advantage of AI-era automation, where intelligent workflows can drive even greater efficiency across the business. Top Step is a professional services consultancy and Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner specializing exclusively in helping Professional Services Organizations succeed with NetSuite. With more than 17 years of experience implementing and optimizing NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (formerly known as OpenAir). Top Step has worked with over 400 PSOs across the professional services spectrum. The firm offers a full lifecycle of services including implementation, integration, scripting, optimization, and managed services, as well as its own suite of purpose-built products for the SuiteProjects Pro ecosystem. Top Step's singular focus on Professional Services means clients benefit from deep domain expertise, proven methodologies, and a partner who understands the unique challenges of running a services business. Celigo puts intelligent automation in the hands of every team, unifying workflows from the predictable to the fully agentic in a single platform. The platform is recognized by G2 as #1 in iPaaS and a Leader in API Management, API Marketplace, and EDI, and is the only vendor named a 2025 Gartner(R) Peer Insights(TM) Customers' Choice. Learn more at celigo.com. What Each Partnership Brings For Top Step clients, the Celigo partnership means that integration is no longer a separate conversation with a separate vendor. Implementation, optimization, scripting, and integration all come from the same team, with the same deep understanding of how a Professional Services business operates and how NetSuite serves as its backbone. "Professional Services Organizations have made a clear decision when they choose NetSuite. They want an integrated, connected way to run their business. Our partnership with Celigo is the natural extension of that commitment. We've always helped clients get the most out of SuiteProjects Pro and NetSuite Financials. Now we can ensure that every other system they rely on whether it be their CRM, their HR platform, their collaboration tools will work as part of one connected operation. That's what a modern PSO needs to stay competitive and profitable." - Ronn Breaux, President and CEO, Top Step For Celigo, the partnership with Top Step brings a focused, expert presence in the Professional Services vertical, a market with distinct operational patterns, specific data requirements, and a strong orientation toward NetSuite as the platform of record. Top Step's PSO expertise complements Celigo's intelligent automation platform, ensuring that integrations are not just technically sound but operationally meaningful. "What sets Top Step apart is their genuine depth in Professional Services, they know the NetSuite environment inside and out, and they think in terms of how a services business actually runs. Combined with Celigo's intelligent automation platform, that means PSOs can move from deterministic, rule-based workflows all the way to agentic capabilities without switching platforms. We're excited to work with a partner who measures success the same way we do: by what actually changes for the client." - Rico Andrade, Head of Partnerships, Celigo Professional Services Organizations looking to build a connected NetSuite ecosystem are encouraged to contact Top Step to discuss their current environment and integration needs. Top Step offers a complimentary Business Efficiency Assessment to help PSOs identify where disconnected systems create friction and how an integrated approach can drive measurable improvements. Los Angeles IT service provider delivers $224,000 in annual savings for national security firm with billing automation. Los Angeles-Based MSP Eliminates Manual Invoice Process, Cutting Billing Cycle from 10+ Days to Same-Week Delivery The billing team doesn't have to touch the data anymore. They review it, click send, and it's done." - Karim Karawia LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, May 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ - Tech Kooks, an IT consulting company based in Los Angeles that specializes in enterprise-grade IT solutions for small and mid-size businesses, today announced the results of a billing automation engagement with Worldwide Sourcing Group, a nationwide physical security company operating in more than 40 U.S. states. The project eliminated a labor-intensive manual invoicing process and delivered an estimated $224,000 in annual cost savings - equivalent to three to four full-time billing employees by using Celigo's iPaaS platform to connect their workforce management system directly to Oracle NetSuite. Key outcomes at a glance: - $224,000 in estimated annual labor savings - 3-4 full-time billing positions eliminated through automation - Billing cycle reduced from 10+ days to same-week delivery - Significant reduction in invoice errors and client disputes - Faster client payments due to consistent, on-time invoicing The Challenge: A Legacy Process Built for a Smaller Company Worldwide Sourcing Group is not a small operation. With more than 4,000 security personnel deployed across 40 states, the company processes a substantial volume of billable hours every pay period; hours that, until recently, had to be manually translated into client invoices. The company's workforce data lived in MITC, a legacy workforce management system built on FoxPro - a database platform that has since been discontinued. At the end of each billing cycle, a team of billers would log into MITC, pull detailed payroll reports for each client account, and manually re-enter that data into Oracle NetSuite, the company's ERP and billing platform. Each invoice was then sent individually via email. The process was as slow as it sounds. Billing often ran ten days or more behind payroll close - a meaningful cash flow liability at Worldwide Sourcing Group's scale. Worse, the data was a moving target. "They would pull a report, start building the invoice, and then something would change in the system an hour later," said Karim Karawia, CEO of Tech Kooks. "You'd end up sending a client an invoice that was already out of date. The manual process wasn't just slow - it was creating inaccuracies that damaged client relationships." The billing team spent a significant portion of their week on reconciliation, error correction, and resending invoices - work that required multiple full-time employees just to keep pace. The Solution: Automating the Billing Workflow with Celigo Tech Kooks approached the engagement with a clear objective: eliminate the human data-transfer step entirely, while preserving the ability for billing staff to review and approve invoices before they go out. The solution centered on Celigo, an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) purpose-built for NetSuite environments. Where general-purpose automation tools like Zapier or Make can connect NetSuite to other platforms, Celigo was selected specifically for the depth of its NetSuite compatibility and its ability to handle the nuanced field mapping the project required. The integration works as follows: 1. MITC exports payroll data to a structured Excel file deposited on a shared server - a process Tech Kooks coordinated directly with the MITC vendor. 2. Celigo polls the file on a scheduled basis, detecting new or updated data every few minutes throughout the billing cycle. 3. Data is automatically imported into NetSuite, mapped to the corresponding client accounts, billing rates, and invoice line items - all pre-configured during the implementation phase. 4. Billing staff review a consolidated invoice queue, confirm accuracy, and trigger delivery with a single click. 5. Invoices are sent automatically to clients via email. "We took their live payroll data and connected it directly to their accounting system," said Karawia. "The billing team doesn't have to touch the data anymore. They review it, click send, and it's done." Field mapping between MITC and NetSuite was completed in advance of go-live, with a small number of refinements made post-launch as edge cases emerged. That iterative approach, building a solid foundation before expanding scope, is central to how Tech Kooks approaches integrations of this type. "You can't expect a massive overnight transformation," Karawia noted. "We go one step at a time. Every business has unique quirks in their data and processes. If you skip steps trying to go fast, you'll create problems downstream that are hard to trace back." The Results: Measurable Impact Across Finance, Operations, and Client Relations The business impact of the integration extended well beyond the billing department. Labor savings were the most direct outcome. The manual process had effectively required three to four full-time employees to sustain. With automation handling data transfer, formatting, and invoice generation, that headcount is no longer necessary for billing operations - freeing staff for higher-value work or allowing Worldwide Sourcing Group to redeploy resources elsewhere in the organization. Billing accuracy improved substantially. Because data now flows directly from the source system to NetSuite in near real-time, the lag-related discrepancies that previously triggered client disputes have been largely eliminated. Fewer errors mean fewer corrections, fewer reissued invoices, and fewer strained client conversations. Cash flow accelerated. Perhaps the most tangible downstream effect has been on accounts receivable. Under the previous process, invoices routinely went out ten or more days after the billing period closed. Now, the entire cycle, payroll close to client invoice, completes within a single week. "Before, we'd be sending invoices a week and a half after payroll closed," said Karawia. "Now everything is generated and sent by Friday. That's over a week shaved off the billing cycle - and when you're operating at this scale, that's a significant amount of cash that's moving faster." Celigo has launched Celigo Ora, a natural language interface that enables teams to build and manage enterprise automation without specialist expertise. The platform, powered by specialised AI agents, allows users to design integrations, troubleshoot errors and manage operations through conversational prompts whilst maintaining governance and auditability. The company also introduced Agent Builder, a low-code environment for creating AI-driven automations across systems, and a model context protocol server for secure AI connectivity. MIT Technology Review research found that 90% of organisations with successful AI workflows use integration platforms, whilst only 1% without unified strategies have scaled AI beyond single departments. Ora is available in beta, whilst Agent Builder and the MCP Server are generally available. Celigo is ranked number one in iPaaS by G2.
In May 2025, Celigo launched the Automation in Action Challenge to spotlight real-world flows that deliver measurable business value.
