Requirements
  • 6-12+ months or equivalent sales experience
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Highly strategic thinker and problem solver with a solutions first and adaptable mindset
  • Ability to work from downtown office 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, ScratchPad, Gong, and/or SalesNavigator (Nice to Have)
  • Tech experience or proven success in a fast-paced environment (Nice to Have)
  • Strong passion for fintech is a plus (Nice to Have)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a paramount focus on detail

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with VP of Sales and Account Executives to identify and source meetings that lead to pipeline and closed revenue
  • Prospect across a high volume of accounts and strategically prioritize time
  • Become a market expert by researching and understanding target industries and personas
  • Build a point of view on how to help customers with their needs and the right qualifying questions to ask
  • Be adaptable and flexible in shaping the sales process
  • Identify and contact prospective clients to build a pipeline through various methods, including cold-calling, emailing, social media outreach, and mass email campaigns
  • Create, maintain, and update database of prospects with complete information and emails
  • Thoroughly qualify all outbound opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives for a sophisticated customer experience
  • Prioritize leads, research prospects, and position relevant product features to solve business needs while managing time
  • Celebrate change and embrace accountability
