Requirements
  • Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning and appliance equipment and their functions.
  • Knowledge of A2L and the transition to A2L low-flammability refrigerants.
  • Knowledge of codes and laws regarding heating, ventilation, and air conditioning and appliance installations in all areas.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written English language skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • EPA certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
  • Enter all installation orders and track their progress within the system.
  • Ensure accurate monitoring of all installation orders for designated areas.
  • Coordinate installation schedules with internal teams.
  • Supervise and optimize workflow to identify and address slowdowns, enhancing overall installation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with all teams, provide field training alongside Territory Sales Managers, and gather customer requirements through service interactions or installations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Installation Team, Territory Sales Managers, and installers in each market.
  • Seek qualified installers to provide coverage and support in operating markets.
  • Manage Territory Sales Managers and their installation projects.
  • Work closely with vendors and upper management, including Vice Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents.
