Job Description

• In partnership with engineering and design, take the lead on developing our design library and documentation for use across our product teams
• Create HTML prototypes of early designs for usability testing, design development
• Be an ambassador for our design system by creating communications and acting as an advisor to product teams and leadership
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in design system development, or a combination of education and experience in creating shared assets for product teams
• Track record of leading or significant contribution to the development to a design language system for both mobile and web-based design 
• A history of building documentation of a design system - not only creating the components and templates, but helping to describe their use cases and variants for developers
• Experience developing designs and interactions for user testing and validation of value, feasibility, usability, and viability

Education, Certification and Licenses:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
