What You’ll Do

• Proactively reaching out to new API users and helping them get productive, primarily through our community forum and PQL pipeline.
• Setting up, creating, and managing communication channels like office hours sessions, emails, calls, Github discussions, Discord, etc., that new users can use to get their questions answered
• Use your understanding of our API and backend development to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide deep technical expertise
• Work with customers to build out prototypes to demo how Deepgram would work in their environments.
• Coordinate with the support engineering team to resolve any issues reported by new users within SLAs
• Work with the Product team to tweak the onboarding and overall Product UX for a better developer experience
• Work with the Documentation team to ensure our docs address common questions and use-cases
