Requirements
  • Associate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management and/or project management within the healthcare industry.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple project tools and platforms simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • In collaboration with RCM leaders and other key stakeholders, develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., RCM, clinical, compliance) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Assist with RCM related projects as needed, including data entry and organization projects, problem resolution and data analysis.
  • Maintain multiple email inboxes and direct or escalate correspondence to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining presentation documents and data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership updates.
  • Creation of job aides and workflows.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
  • Serve as main point of contact and give guidance to team members included in projects, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Track and report on project performance, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain meticulous organization, tracking and documentation of project activities, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project deliverables.
  • Conduct regular meetings providing updates and changes to leadership and other key stakeholders.
