Role: Project Manager - Java/J2EE (Only GC & US Citizens can Apply)
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Sunnyvale, CA


Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred
• At least 3 years of experience with significant depth in designing and programming using Java/J2EE Technologies.
• At least 3 years experience in project management within large cross-functional or enterprise-wide teams.
• At least 3 years experience with Agile/Waterfall software development methodology.
• Excellent Core Java Skills and understanding of MVC frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot)
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Experience with test-driven development
• Exposure to develop highly distributed, scalable and performing systems.
• Experience working with project defect/issue tracking technologies and software version control programs.
• Able to provide estimates and help in technical planning and work break down
• Experience in working with build tools like Maven, ANT and CI platforms like Jenkins
• Experience in working with Project and Program Management, Systems Design and Delivery, Quality Assurance, Production Support and Infrastructure..
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology and procedures
• Must have great communication skills, be highly motivated, self-directed and have experience in working on large projects.
• Must be able to influence, empower, and motivate others while managing and working across multiple teams.
• Detail oriented, meticulous, extremely organized with a proactive attitude and ability to think ‘outside the box’.
• Passion for project management excellence through process improvements.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or a PMP are both a plus to have.
