Responsibilities
  • Successfully solves business problems by extending and enhancing Movement’s software
  • Collaborates with the Product Manager, business leaders, stakeholders and customers to understand their strategic and tactical needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Contributes to defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and goals for your area.
  • Creates and maintains a clear and visible product backlog, ensuring well-defined and estimated user stories based on business value and technical dependencies that are in line with the product roadmap.
  • Works closely with the development team, participating in team ceremonies, providing clarifications on user stories and ensuring alignment with the product vision.
  • Creates process flow documentation and business requirements
  • Actively manages deployment content, performs testing to ensure platform stability during and after releases
  • Monitors product performance and user feedback to guide future product iterations.
  • Works closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
  • Conducts market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
  • Provides regular updates on product progress to stakeholders and the product team.
  • Confidently presents system demos, trainings, focus groups, and business meetings
  • As required, provides day to day escalation and system support to end user
