Internship Overview

The Finance & Accounting Internship is an opportunity for students interested in corporate finance, accounting, and financial operations to gain practical experience in a fast-paced fintech environment. Interns will work closely with our Finance team to support core processes including reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support preparation of financial statements, management reports, and key performance metrics.
• Conduct variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actual results.
• Help with accounts payable/receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with audit requests and compliance-related documentation.
• Participate in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Analytics, Underwriting, HR) to understand the financial impact of business decisions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Internship Details

• Duration: May 18, 2026 – July 31, 2026 (11 weeks)
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Compensation: Paid internship (rate to be determined based on qualifications).
