Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of critical projects and global initiatives, that support and advance repair operations for Google products.
  • Own day-to-day operations, performance results, and customer expectations deliverables, manage operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and new product introductions with carrier partners.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives within the repair operations space and ensure roll-out, timely identification of operational challenges, and communication of findings.
  • Manage relationships with sales, finance, and vendors.
  • Drive performance metrics, scorecards, and regular business reviews with service providers related to repair operations.

  • Experience with manufacturing, depot, or retail operations.
