Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in creative strategy in the e-commerce or digital marketing space
  • Strong command of written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Motion, and Google Sheets
  • Experience with paid social or direct response marketing

Responsibilities
  • Inform the creative strategy and direction for our portfolio of brands, driving performance and revenue growth
  • Write briefs for designers and editors, give strategic and creative notes, craft and evaluate copy and visuals from a consumer and performance perspective
  • Compile and research consumer insights, paid and organic social media trends, best practices and competitors to inform concept ideation
  • Utilize data and consumer insights to inform creative decision-making, analyze creative performance to iterate and optimize campaigns
