Requirements
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least two years of experience in business operations, logistics coordination, administrative operations, or Trade Marketing support is required.
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and fixed-asset management is required.
  • Familiarity with third-party logistics provider coordination processes and store distribution is required.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and handling large volumes of operational data is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and report preparation, is required.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Drive and Google Sheets, is required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy is required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with field teams in different locations is required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship is required.
  • Availability to work on-site in The Woodlands, Texas is required.
  • Availability to travel as needed is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and process requests for ice cream and popsicle display refrigerators submitted by the Sales team.
  • Coordinate display-refrigerator deliveries with internal Logistics teams and external transportation providers.
  • Track inventory and maintain accurate records of company-owned display refrigerators.
  • Verify the proper installation, identification, and labeling of display refrigerators at points of sale.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with external service providers.
  • Monitor equipment movement, inventory accuracy, and asset condition through periodic audits.
  • Coordinate the recovery of display refrigerators from points of sale and evaluate returned equipment to determine whether refurbishment or disposal is required.
  • Review invoices and support accurate cost allocation and billing processes.
  • Prepare reports and analyze key performance indicators, including delivery times, maintenance activities, and asset utilization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Logistics teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce process delays.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and asset-management processes.
  • Perform other functions and special projects as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the food and beverage or consumer packaged goods industry is highly valued.
  • Experience using customer relationship management systems, enterprise resource planning systems, or field-management platforms such as Repsly, Salesforce, or similar systems is valued.
