The Venture
Regrello is a 40-person startup on a robust mission to elevate and expand its impact across supply chain automation and manufacturing sectors. Positioned in a market with a sizeable opportunity of $220 billion and an annual transaction value of $15 trillion in physical products, we are innovating at the intersection of these critical industries. Our team is comprised of elite graduates from top universities alongside industry veterans from Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Palantir, Apple, Amazon, Meta, and Tableau, all known for their contributions to building billion-dollar ventures. Supported by prestigious investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, Dell, Bloomberg, and Ram Sriram (first investor in Google), we cater to Fortune 500 clients with robust, long-term contracts. With financial stability providing three to four years of runway, we are uniquely positioned to further enhance our capabilities in both supply chain and manufacturing.
Culture and Compensation
Regrello fosters a customer-obsessed, product-centric culture that embraces flexibility and remote working to attract the brightest minds from the industry. Although we have a particular interest in candidates from Seattle, San Francisco, and New York, we are open to considering talent from across the US, Canada, or Mexico. Our industry-leading compensation packages include competitive salaries, equity ownership in our rapidly evolving startup, and comprehensive health benefits. If necessary, we are also prepared to sponsor US work authorization.
The Problem We Solve
Regrello is dedicated to building a global operating network that not only empowers supply-chain companies to collaborate more effectively but also enhances manufacturing processes within a unified platform. Our no-code, automated workflow engine allows users to seamlessly model complex operational processes, while our robust forms engine facilitates crucial cross-company data exchange. Additionally, our developing AI engine aims to enable customers to learn from the past, tackle present challenges, and adapt to the uncertain and ever-evolving future demands of both the supply chain and manufacturing industries.
