Four years experience in the craft or discipline supervised
Must be willing to work overtime, shift work and accept callouts as required.
Must be able to pass all phases of InProcessing including a background investigation, psychological screening, appropriate training and be medically certifiable drug and alcohol screen.

A valid Real ID or an approved form of alternate documentation is required for this job.
Compliance with the Department of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 is required.
Responsibilities
Administers the functions of the Union Agreement and enforces Company policies for the Maintenance section, including any disciplinary actions.
Interfaces with site work groups and outside contractors to alleviate problems in the field.
Maintains a properly trained work force to ensure that procedures and safety rules are followed and compliance to ALARA resulting in minimal radiation exposure to employees.
May plan, prepare and revise power plant work packages as needed.
Routinely performs as contract administrator, including reviewing the approving invoices and processing payment.
Supervises primarily represented personnel and/or activities during outage and non-outage times to meet established scheduled and objectives in compliance with regulatory requirements.
