Requirements
- BA/BS degree, ideally in a quantitative or technical field
- Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing business relationships and communicating effectively with senior management
- Exceptional analytical problem solving skills
- Collaborative and able to build strong win-win relationships across the organization
- Proficiency in SQL
- Ability to tell a story with data
- 12+ years work experience, ideally with 6+ years of experience in a business operations on similar function in a high-growth technology company and with 2+ years of prior work experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success

Responsibilities
- Establish a strong foundation for business performance management and reporting, by defining and implementing KPIs we will use to operate our business
- Drive senior leadership-oriented insights and reviews clearly communicating results, highlighting risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations impacting bottom line in a timely manner
- Define, lead and initiate regular business reviews to track performance against targets
- Monitor performance against targets and partner closely across multiple functions including Business Development, Product, Operations and Engineering teams to drive necessary follow-up
- Become a thought partner to functional leaders and help them frame open-ended business-performance-related questions
- Provide meaningful business insights and management reporting through analysis of data and trends
- Identify, document, and follow-up on issues, to help drive closure and ensure overall productivity
- Support the quarterly forecasting process and provide insight and guidance on what can be improved and optimized
- Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point to ensure data quality and local needs are represented in our systems
Desired Qualifications
- Autonomous Vehicle, or Transportation/Mobility Industry Experience
- MBA and/or CFA
- Experience in people management and/or mentorship of high performing, analytical professionals
