Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of digital (social) media experience
  • Previous social advertising planning and execution experience
  • Experience with web and app Analytics platforms (Google, Adjust, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Proficient in excel or google sheets (i.e. Vlookup, Macros, Sumifs, Keynote, Pages, etc.)
  • E-commerce, a plus
  • Understanding and drawing insights from data
  • Explaining your plans and summarizing complex information in a succinct way
  • Attention to detail in managing paid marketing initiatives and data reporting
  • Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Keeping up to date on industry changes and the latest developments in digital advertising
  • Work closely with our operations team around the globe to ensure campaigns launch on time and exceed client KPIs
  • Communicate any risks to delivery & performance and recommend solutions
  • Help communicate expectations to clients
  • Research/resolve issues in a timely manner
  • A keen eye for detail is an absolute must
Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize paid social campaigns, overseeing campaign budgets and pacing and making continual adjustments to creative, targeting, and bidding to ensure client goals are achieved
  • Generate and analyze campaign reports from social platforms and various business systems in order to communicate campaign status and progress
  • Provide reporting across various metrics and analytically mine data for actionable insights
  • Pre-launch campaign QA and testing of creative functionality and third party trackers to ensure accurate platform implementation
  • Understand and implement tracking through URL parameters (i.e. DCM, Sizmek)
  • Understand and implement brand safety and viewability tracking
  • Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation
  • Partner with Account Managers to maintain and support advertiser client relationships and their campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal departments for more complex, media builds and ad tech implementation
  • Assist with new ad products testing and reporting
  • Proactively identify process improvements for business systems and interdepartmental collaborations
  • Provide constructive product feedback to managers
  • Work cross functionally with strategy and planning teams to share campaign summary performance information in an effort to close reporting loops
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Bid Management Tools is a plus (4C Insights/Scope, etc.)
