  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate & consolidate staffing projections from project teams
  • Coordinate company meetings and social events
  • Produce monthly staff meeting materials
  • Manage time effectively and multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Maintain stock of office supplies and snacks
  • Order lunches for the office
  • Collect, organize, and distribute quarterly Project Sheet Updates
  • Assist with special projects
  • Maintain and update general Outlook contacts
  • Assist with production and assembly of collateral materials
  • Coordinate overnight shipping and messenger deliveries
  • Inventory on-hand collateral supplies
  • Assist with special events and annual holiday mailing program
  • Track and register employees for local industry events
  • Coordinate with office staff and Corporate Finance on project setup
  • Oversight of employee time sheets
  • Preparation/review/approval of employee expense reports and A/P invoices
  • Assist with employee on-boarding and exit process
  • Scheduling candidate interviews
  • Distribute quarterly PTO reports
  • Manage employee exit process
