Requirements
  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to remain on one's feet for extended periods and use ladders and stairs throughout the day, including in hot and confined spaces.
  • Availability for long workdays and some weekend work during peak periods.
  • Reliability, punctuality, willingness to perform physical work, ability to follow direction, and ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
  • Clear units, load dumpsters, and haul trash during property turn.
  • Complete make-ready and punch-list work, including replacing light bulbs, air filters, and smoke-detector batteries, and adjusting blinds, hardware, and minor fixtures.
  • Patch, prepare, and paint units and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, perform floor care, and deep-clean units and common areas.
  • Unload, assemble, and place furniture.
  • Maintain the appearance of the grounds and assist on move-in days.
  • Work on assigned units, common areas, and projects to prepare spaces for incoming residents.
