Summary:
This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive full-cycle talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the mission, values and strategic framework of EverTrue. This role leads a team of Talent Acquisition professionals and partners with leaders to attract, engage and hire top talent across the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops strategies and solutions in talent acquisition that align with EverTrue's mission, values, and overall organization strategy
Directs the formulation and execution of full-cycle talent acquisition strategies, processes, procedures, and best practices to fulfill organizational needs; focuses on enhancing talent-related strategies, continuously monitoring and adapting processes to align with industry’s best practices and organizational goals
Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders to understand talent needs
Collaborates with colleagues in designing and implementing strategies that foster a positive, inclusive and engaging employee experience aligned with the mission, values and strategic framework
Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing talent acquisition team; Optimizes recruitment technology includes applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management and sourcing tools
Uses data and analytics to measure effectiveness, identify trends and inform decision-making
Ensures talent acquisition processes and programs deliver a diverse, promotable, and engaged talent pipeline
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience in human resources
10+ years of related experience with at least 5 years in people leadership
Ability to collaborate with leaders to identify talent needs for the organization, department or an individual.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
Possesses the ability to inspire change and influence without authority and has experience influencing and gaining commitment from leadership or other key stakeholders.
Demonstrates a high commitment to the organizational mission and is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to create and then transform talent acquisition strategies into action plans at the organizational, departmental, and individual contributor level so that measurable outcomes are produced.
Effective oral and written communication skills. Has the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization effectively and can facilitate conversations effectively with other team members in accordance with EverTrue values.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

The employee is occasionally required to lift 25 pounds. A well-lighted and ventilated working area that has temperature control system (air conditioning and heat). The work will have some short notice requests, timelines for completion of tasks or reports and some major projects extending over months. The employee will experience frequent travel by car with occasional overnight stays. Some exposure to outside weather conditions in the course of travel. Minimal exposure to infectious diseases and blood borne pathogens. Minimal exposure to chemicals and hazardous waste.
