- Deskside break/fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments
- Support platform is Microsoft Windows operating systems including Windows 7 and some Windows 10 (piloting)

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac systems
- Imaging, builds, and deployment of macOS systems
- Support Office 365 and Outlook/Exchange across devices (PC, phone, tablet)
- Utilize remote takeover tools to support end users and communicate effectively
