Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, using marketing automation and CRM platforms. Braze experience highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adhere to QA standards.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and launch activation and utilization campaigns across various channels (email, push, SMS, direct mail) to drive member engagement and app utilization using our marketing automation platform (Braze).
  • Analyze channel and campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns. Ownership of key member marketing dashboards and reports.
  • Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to refine targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with our Data Science, Data Engineering, and Client Marketing teams to develop, execute and refine highly targeted marketing campaigns.
