Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market accounts (50 - 5,000 employees).
  • Prospect, qualify, demo, and close deals across manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and restaurant verticals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and channel/partner collaboration.
  • Understand each customer’s hiring challenges - high applicant volume, limited recruiter bandwidth, and pressure to do more with less.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of high-volume hiring industries (manufacturing, retail, hospitality) to tailor solutions.
  • Position Ribbon as the fastest way to cut time-to-hire, reduce costs, and improve candidate quality at scale.
  • Lead tailored demos and proposals that prove value in terms that matter to SMB and mid-market operators: speed, efficiency, and bottom-line results.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to our customer success team for onboarding and retention.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify upsell opportunities and customer expansion.
  • Gather feedback from prospects and customers to influence product and GTM strategy.
  • Help develop repeatable processes for prospecting, qualification, and deal closing in the SMB/mid-market segment.
  • Share learnings with the broader team to accelerate growth.
