Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with a focus on growth or product development
  • Experience in JavaScript (Node, React/Vue, Remix)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Snowflake, Hex/Jupyter, Python)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as Render, DO, Heroku, or AWS Beanstalk for app deployment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven experiments to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Build and maintain internal tools and automation to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Work with our data team to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to implement and measure growth initiatives.
  • Design and develop full-stack solutions using Node, React, and Ruby and build micro applications
  • Continuously iterate on existing features and processes to drive incremental improvements.
