Requirements
  • Complete National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state working-with-children check.
  • Have valid Australian work rights.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be willing to work Holiday HQ block shifts across school holidays, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Responsibilities
  • Work Holiday HQ shifts across school holidays in the out-of-school-hours-care program.
  • Create exciting, engaging, and memorable experiences for primary school children.
  • Support children in activities such as building rockets, playing sports, creating art, and making friends.
Desired Qualifications
  • Be working toward or have completed a relevant qualification to work as a qualified educator in Queensland in accordance with ACECQA requirements.
  • Have a genuine love for working with children.
  • Be a team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities.
