Toppan Merrill adds proxy statements to Quinn platform for shareholder communications

Toppan Merrill has expanded its Quinn platform to include Proxy Statements and Management Information Circulars. The cloud-based SaaS platform simplifies creating, collaborating on, and filing complex regulatory disclosure documents. Quinn generates formatted documents, enables real-time collaboration, provides a centralised content library, synchronises Excel data dynamically, and uses AI to accelerate drafting. The platform produces filing-ready documents for SEC submission and shareholder distribution. "Customers tell us they need technology that reduces friction, improves collaboration and lets their teams focus on the disclosure itself—not the mechanics of producing it," said Bob Bergstrom, Chief Revenue Officer at Toppan Merrill. The platform requires no installation, offers 24/7 support, and includes Single Sign-On authentication, SOC 2 Type 1 attestation, and ISO 27001 certification.
