The company automates the manufacturing process to ensure reliable and cost-effective production. Over time, Flex has expanded its offerings to include design, engineering, and supply chain services, catering to various industries such as automotive, healthcare, and consumer electronics. Unlike many competitors, Flex operates as a contract manufacturer, allowing businesses to outsource their manufacturing needs while focusing on their core activities. A key aspect of Flex's operations is its subsidiary, Anord Mardix, which specializes in critical power solutions, offering custom products and services for complex technical requirements. Additionally, Flex is dedicated to sustainability, aiming for a significant portion of its customers to adopt science-based emissions targets by 2025.
