Requirements
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills and interest in quantitative research and analysis required; must have the ability to work with large, complex, & often incomplete data sets; create creative and scalable cross-team standardized tools and reports; and utilize Index / Match, XLOOKUP, and other advanced formulas, pivot tables, and basic macros
  • Proficient Google Slides skills required, including storyboarding skills, ability to translate complex analyses and concepts into engaging slides, and ability to draft executive-level materials with limited direction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience with complex stakeholder management
  • Strong “business analyst” toolkit, including abilities to independently prioritize, solve problems via hypothesis-driven analytical methods, manage across multiple responsibilities and projects, execute with attention to detail, and overcome ambiguity
  • 2 - 3+ years of experience preferred
  • Prefer candidates with healthcare business operations, project management, and/or program management experience
  • Experience with value based care, accountable care organizations, risk stratification / risk adjustment, and/or Medicare Advantage preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Health Care, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required
  • Strong academic record preferred
Responsibilities
  • Support the risk stratification leadership team (Vice President and Program Manager) with research, data analysis, and selected project management across all Risk Stratification initiatives (15+ projects and 60+ team members)
  • Assist in developing meeting materials that simplify and streamline complex topics and business decisions, as well as support meeting facilitation
  • Analyze Aledade practices' risk stratification performance trends and indicators across lines of business, markets, practices, and other segments to inform business decisions
  • Develop, maintain, share, and educate stakeholders on complex analytical models supporting risk stratification efforts
  • Collaborate with the risk stratification team, product team(s), business intelligence team, and impact analytics team to identify opportunities for improvement, share learnings, and support business goals
