As a Sr Engineer I, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing innovative solutions that empower the world's top game creators. Your work will directly support our Studio Engineers and Designers, enabling them to produce the industry's most compelling games. What You'll Do

• Perform technical assessments on requested features, identifying scope and dependencies for development requirements.

• Take complete ownership of assigned features from inception through design, development, testing, and maintenance.

• Develop fast, maintainable, and high-quality code.

• Conduct software testing, verification, and validation to ensure magnificent performance.

• Participate in code review and other quality assurance processes.

• Offer technical mentorship and support to collaborators.

• Solve and debug code to identify and resolve software issues.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of successful project implementation.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.

• In-depth understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and collaborators.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or its equivalent is preferred

• Experience of working with object-oriented design and programming.

• Experience of debugging and solving complex problems.

• Experience of working with software engineering best practices, including design patterns and UML.

• Understanding of memory management and multi-threading processes.

• A passion for solving complicated problems and learning new skills.

• Demonstrates an extremely high level of attention to detail.

• Possess a high level of personal and professional accountability and be able to enlist the cooperation of peer groups involved in common

• business goals and objectives.

• Have the ability to meet changing demands and to adapt to frequently changing priorities.

• Demonstrates excellent oral and written, communication, and customer service skills.

• Be able to work independently and be team oriented.
