Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise DLP solutions such as Symantec, Forcepoint, Microsoft Purview, or equivalent

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing DLP team, fostering skill development, collaboration, and operational excellence
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance the client organization’s DLP strategy, policies, and controls
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to identify sensitive data, enforce protection measures, and mitigate risk exposure
  • Conduct data classification exercises and recommend effective mitigation strategies for potential data leaks
  • Ensure seamless integration of DLP tools and processes across on-premises and cloud environments
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and proactive threat intelligence
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and internal security policies
  • Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders on DLP posture and trends
Desired Qualifications
  • Security certifications such as CISM or equivalent are plus.
  • Experience in cloud security and DLP integration across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Prior experience leading security operations or compliance-focused teams
