Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience producing social-first content, ideally within a similar role in a digital media or marketing environment
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content for platforms like TikTok and Reels
  • Excellent project management abilities, capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of social media trends and consumer engagement strategies

  • Background in entertainment or pop culture content creation or marketing (movies, TV, streaming, etc.) is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of primarily short-form TikTok and Reels content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and client expectations across all stages of execution
  • Oversee the development of creative assets including video, motion graphics, filters, and templates. Provide clear direction and actionable notes to editors, designers, and motion artists to bring your creative vision to life
  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute original ideas that are culturally relevant, platform-native, and aligned with client goals. Work closely with the strategy and editorial teams to turn concepts into executable content
  • Support the Senior Creative Producer in managing creative projects, ensuring efficient workflow from ideation to execution
  • Work closely with the Senior Account Manager, Brand to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets, adhering to client specifications
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, emerging formats, and best practices to enhance creative strategies and identify new content opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
