Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Meet the physical essential functions of the job, including lifting 75 pounds, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period of time, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
  • Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations such as unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons.
  • Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
  • Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
  • Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property, including packages.
  • Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record incident data for building and Titan Security management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Have one year of experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel, or restaurant position.
  • Bilingual ability is a plus.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office software.
