Athelas operates in a very fast paced environment in a complex industry! Before you fully take over onboarding, you will sit through multiple training cohorts to make sure you are comfortable with the product, industry, and sales process.
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire training and onboarding for our Revenue Cycle Management cohorts
You will be running the training and handling the logistics and coordination of each onboarding cohort
New hire training includes company policy, techstack, industry & product, and sales training with certification
Assist in managing new hire access to our tech stack
Manage LMS training content for new hires
Build out new training material as needed (new product releases, change in process, etc)
Role Requirements:
Have experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar Enablement role
Have experience managing an LMS platform
Have closing experience from a previous AE role
The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong teamwork skills
Good organizational and time management skills
