  • Have experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar Enablement role
  • Have experience managing an LMS platform
  • Have closing experience from a previous AE role
  • The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong teamwork skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
  • Conduct new hire training and onboarding for our Revenue Cycle Management cohorts
  • You will be running the training and handling the logistics and coordination of each onboarding cohort
  • New hire training includes company policy, techstack, industry & product, and sales training with certification
  • Assist in managing new hire access to our tech stack
  • Manage LMS training content for new hires
  • Build out new training material as needed (new product releases, change in process, etc)
