Responsibilities
  • Investigating automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, which result in property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involved.
  • Assessing coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Engaging in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved.
  • Communicating with customers and attorneys through different channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages.
  • Utilizing multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platforms.
  • Executing policies along policy agreements and ensuring timely and accurate documentation is completed as you work on each claim.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior represented casualty claim handling experience is preferred
  • NY, NJ, PA claims experience preferred
  • 2-5 years of complex/severe BI claim handling experience is preferred
  • Prior litigation claims experience a plus
