  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Coursework/experience with circuit design, simulation, and verification
  • Coursework/experience with Python, C++, and MATLAB
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team oriented
  • Willingness and ability to learn something new quickly
  • Background in semiconductor device physics is desirable
  • Familiarity with common EDA tools, such as Virtuoso, Spectre, etc.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as Verilog-AMS
  • Familiarity/experience with Python package development
  • Coursework on analog, digital electronics, data structures and algorithms
Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply EDA software engineering methods, theories, and applied research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems
  • Develop EDA software and automated procedures for device model extraction and behavioral model generation using C++, Python, and MATLAB
  • Ensure seamless integration of new methodologies, tools, and flows with both internal and external EDA tools for ease of use
  • Perform circuit analysis on high-performance analog, power, and mixed-signal designs
  • Publish technical reports and documentation to be used by ADI circuit designers
