Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional design experience, including internships
- A portfolio that shows work that made it through to completion
- Experience speaking to the goals of the work and successes and failures
- You can work with your cross-functional team to determine goals and success of individual projects

Responsibilities
- As a Product Designer on the Balances team within Square Banking, you will create solutions for small business owners to save, store, and manage their hard-earned funds with ease. You'll focus on our Checking and Savings products, designing remarkable new features, refining the existing solutions, and helping grow our user base. You will collaborate with other designers to ensure a unified business banking experience. You will work with cross-functional partners to help scope projects, set milestones, and determine success criteria. You will report to the Product Design Lead for the balances team
