Assemble runs a subscription-based platform that supports nurses' personal and professional growth. Through comeassemble.com, individual nurses access resources such as personalized weekly digests, exclusive content, and a community of peers, experts, and coaches. Healthcare institutions can also offer the service to their staff as a benefit. The product works by charging members a fee for access to tailored content and community features, with content aligned to each member’s career stage and goals, plus coaching and expert guidance. Assemble stands out by combining curated content, live coaching, and a peer network specifically for nurses, potentially paired with institutional partnerships, rather than offering only standalone resources. Its goal is to nurture growth and drive progress within the nursing profession by helping nurses advance their careers and improve their personal lives.
