Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record are required.
  • The ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions is required.
  • The ability to use basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, crowbars, and power tools, is required.
  • The ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects is required.
  • The ability to perform all tasks while wearing required personal protective equipment is required.
  • The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in harsh indoor conditions is required.
  • On-call availability is required.
Responsibilities
  • Perform property demolition, debris removal, content cleaning, and assist with mold and biohazard cleanup.
  • Create and maintain accurate measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, work orders, and other required documentation in job management systems.
  • Communicate work performed and job status clearly and succinctly with clients, managers, team members, and other parties.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly worksite and comply with safety rules and regulations.
  • Keep the work truck clean and organized and stock it with the equipment and supplies needed for assigned jobs.
  • Assist other departments and technicians as needed.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • IICRC certification is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in water damage restoration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with water damage, mold, or fire damage restoration is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities are preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is preferred.
