Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all revenue-generating functions, including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, with a strategic and hands-on approach.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy that integrates sales, account management, and customer growth initiatives.
  • Own the full revenue lifecycle, from customer acquisition to renewal, upsell, and expansion, ensuring alignment across all revenue-driving teams.
  • Establish a scalable revenue infrastructure, including systems, processes, and metrics to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with the executive team to align revenue objectives with the company’s broader vision and strategic goals.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales to scale and optimize the sales organization, enhancing existing processes, refining strategies, and driving towards ambitious revenue targets.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on senior sales talent and sales operations roles.
  • Drive the execution of sales strategies, ensuring the team is equipped with the resources and training needed to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Partner with the Head of Account Management to scale and enhance the account management function, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Develop strategies to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by driving upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success to create seamless customer journeys, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align demand generation, branding, and go-to-market strategies with revenue objectives.
  • Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to Product teams on customer needs and market trends to inform future product development.
