  • 5+ years of professional visual design experience (although you might have had a different job title, like “UI designer” or “art director”)
  • Exceptional design aesthetics with a portfolio to demonstrate
  • Must be highly proficient in Figma and / or Sketch
  • Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple features and deliver refined designs that follows the design system in a short time.
  • Self-learning, able to identify what needs to get done without being told and able to learn new tools and processes quickly
  • Able to pick-up and drive shifting priorities
  • Work collaboratively with other designers - Friendly, a real team player
Responsibilities
  • working alongside other visual designers in solutioning new product features and enhancing current features
  • weave iconography, typography, color, space, and texture together to help our users successfully navigate our products
  • produce high-quality visuals—from concept to execution—across many platforms in including web, iOS and Android
  • collaborate with your fellow designers to constantly refine the Marcel visual design language and create innovative, great-looking products that people love to use
